Institute Balance Fee and Hostel Fee Payment Details/ Instructions

The candidates who are allocated the Institute (IIIT Bhagalpur) are instructed to proceed for the payment of the balance Institute fees (Fees for all categories are same) as per the below mentioned cases.

Under SBICOLLECT choose Educational Institutions then Type IIIT Bhagalpur as Educational Institutions
(Select payment category as MISC mention purpose as Institute Balance Fees, Roll./Application No./ as JEE Mains Application No and Remarks as your Allotted Branch as CSE/ECE/MAE/MNC)

Academic Year: 2024-2025
Students may pay the amount in fragments (in case their DEBIT CARD/CREDIT CARD/NET BANKING does not allow to pay the whole amount in a single transaction). But all those transactions are to be made on or before physical reporting to the Institute.

Select payment category as Hostel Fee. 

Write your JEE Mains Application No as Roll No. Select semester as I. Mentioned Hostel Name as KBH (for boys hostel) and KGH (for girls hostel) for male and female candidates respectively.  Mention as Hostel Fees as remarks.
 

 

*Mess Charges: to be charged as per actual cost (Approximately ₹16000 for four months).

Hostel allocation process is a part of admission procedure. Institute balance fees and Hostel Fees (Including Mess advance)  would be collected separately through the SBI collect under appropriate head. Link and relevant details are mentioned above.  

NOTE: Candidates availing the Educational loan are instructed to request the bank officials to write an email to  ar.academic[AT]iiitbh.ac.in to enquire bank related details of the Institute.
