The committee will act under the provisions made in the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Provisions and Redressal) Act, 2013.
Complaint Procedure:
Any woman employee/faculty/staff/female students at IIIT Bhagalpur may file a complaint (can personally approach/telephone/write/e-mail) against an incident of sexual harassment at workplace to any member of ICC. The ICC is required to complete the process of inquiry and submit its report within three months/90 days of the filing of the complaint. All information related to a complaint will be kept strictly confidential.
