Torsion Testing Machine:

Computerised Touch Screen Brinell Hardness Tester:
A Brinell hardness tester measures the permanent width of indentation produced by a ball indenter applied to a test specimen at a given load, for a given length of time. Typically, the indentation is made with the Brinell hardness testing machine and then measure for indentation diameter. In the second step with a specially designed Brinell Image Analysing System which measures the diameter of indentation automatically, with a resolution of 0.01 mm and displays Brinell value with diameter measurement.

Digital Rockwell Cum Superficial Hardness Tester
Rockwell and Rockwell superficial tests consists of forcing an indenter (diamond or ball) into the surface of a test piece in two steps i.e. first with preliminary test force and thereafter with additional test force and then measuring the depth of indentation (after removal of the additional test force) for the measurement of the hardness.

Impact Testing Machine(Charpy & Izod):
The pendulum Impact tester is designed for conducting Charpy and Izod test. The pendulum is mounted on the antifriction bearings. It has two starting positions, the upper one for the Charpy test and the lower one for the Izod Test. On the release the pendulum swings down to break the specimen and the energy absorbed in doing so is measured as the difference between the height drop before rupture and the height rise after rupture of the test specimen. The reading is taken from the pointer position on the dial scale.
