B.Tech. Admissions (2022-23)

Once the seat is allotted to the candidate issuing a “Provisional Seat Allotment letter” by the competent authority (JoSAA 2022 and /or CSAB 2022) the candidates are instructed to report the Institute to complete the admission process (PI Reporting) from 4th November 2022 to 9th November 2022.
The candidates who are allocated the Institute (IIIT Bhagalpur) are instructed to proceed for the payment of the balance Institute fee as per the below mentioned cases.

Case 1: (General/Gen-EWS/OBC-NCL) ₹57,950/-

Amount Already Paid to JoSAA/CSAB (JoSAA round seat acceptance fee and JoSAA round partial admission fee excluding Processing Charges)
= ₹72,000/-, then the candidate will pay Balance institute fees to IIIT Bhagalpur = ₹ 129950 - ₹ 72000 = ₹ 57,950/-.

Case 2: (SC/ST/PwD) ₹ 97,950/-

Amount Already Paid to JoSAA/CSAB (JoSAA round seat acceptance fee and JoSAA round partial admission fee excluding Processing Charges)

= ₹ 32,000, then the candidate will pay Balance institute fees to IIIT Bhagalpur ₹ 129950 - ₹ 32,000 = ₹ 97,950/-.

The candidates need to pay the balance Institute fee using the payment gateway Eshiksa. The link of the payment gateway is mentioned below:

[Confirmation Page: At the end select payment mode, for online transaction select DEBIT CARD/CREDIT CARD/NET BANKING and for cash payment choose CASH for generating challan and paying by cash to nearest UCO bank branch]--->

[Those who have done online payment save and print the payment recept, a copy of payment receipt will go to your mail also]

Students may pay the amount in fragments (in case their Debit Card/Credit Card/Net Banking does not allow to pay the whole amount in a single transaction. But all those transactions are to be made on or before 09-11-2022 or the date of PI Reporting (whichever is earlier).

The candidate needs to pay the hostel and mess fees only when he/she joins IIIT Bhagalpur hostel physically. The relevant information related to payment against Hostel and Mess charges such as amount, payment mode and payment gateway would be notified to the students once they come to the Institution.

After paying the balance Institute fee (excluding hostel and mess charges), the candidate should upload the below documents to google form (https://forms.gle/mU1eisjwFycxKU2b9). These documents (for 12,13,15 single set and for others two sets), must also be submitted at the time of Institute reporting. You must also bring your all original documents for verification purpose.

List of documents:

1. Payment details of the fee paid to JoSSA/CSAB-2022 (SBI MOPS). ( PHOTOCOPY, self-attested) [May be the same document as 3 if transaction date and amount is mentioned]

2. Payment details of remaining fee paid to IIIT Bhagalpur. ( PHOTOCOPY, self-attested) [The fee structure is available on JOSAA website]

3. Provisional seat allocation/admission letter, issued by JoSAA/CSAB 2022.( PHOTOCOPY, self-attested)

4. Document verification completion and seat acceptance letter, issued by JoSAA/CSAB 2022. ( PHOTOCOPY, self-attested)

5. Date of Birth Proof ( PHOTOCOPY, self-attested)

6. Score card of JEE (Main) 2022. ( PHOTOCOPY, self-attested)

7. 10th class marksheet and passing certificate. ( PHOTOCOPIES, self-attested)

8. 12th class marksheet and passing certificate. ( PHOTOCOPIES, self-attested)

9. Migration Certificate and Transfer Certificate from the school/college/Board last attended.

10. Medical Certificate as per JoSSA-2022 format.

11. Category Certificate as per JoSSA-2022 format for GEN-EWS, OBC-NCL, SC, ST and PwD (if applicable). [for OBC-NCL and EWS, must be issued on or after April 01, 2022]

12. Notarized anti-ragging affidavit on non-judicial stamp (Rs. 10 or above) by the student (Format is available on Institute website). [ORIGINAL ]

13. Notarized anti-ragging affidavit on non-judicial stamp (Rs. 10 or above) by Parent/Guardian. (Format is available on Institute website). [ORIGINAL ]

14. Aadhaar Card or any other Govt. issued ID card such as PAN Card/ Voter ID Card/Driving License) ( PHOTOCOPIES, self-attested)

15. In case, if some documents are missing, the student should attach undertaking given as the format on Institute website. [ORIGINAL ]

16. Passport size photograph of student (3 copies)------for uploading format must be in JPEG/jpg. Please note that the passport size photograph must be in formals with decent background. The name of the file should be: “Name of Candidate_Photo (JEE Application Number).jpg” Example: Arun_Photo (123456789).jpg.

17. (For uploading only) Soft copy signature of student in JPEG format. The name of the file should be: “Candidate_Sign (JEE Application Number).jpg” Example: Arun_Sign123456789.jpg.

During PI reporting in the Institute presence of the guardian is not mandatory, but student must be present. The details regarding starting of the classes with academic calendar will be displayed by the competent authority on the Institute website shortly.
